We process orders promptly—most in-stock items leave our Benton, LA fulfillment center within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays); however, during peak demand or for back-ordered and specialty items, dispatch may extend to up to 7 business days while we restock.
All shipments travel via USPS or UPS with tracking emailed the moment a label is created, and transit times (typically 3–5 business days for U.S. destinations) begin once the carrier has scanned the package.
Weekend purchases enter the queue the next business day, and any unforeseen delays—such as inventory shortages, severe weather, or carrier disruptions—will be communicated by our support team within 48 hours.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; rerouting fees caused by address errors are payable by the buyer.
